Welcome to SpotAlert! 👋 These terms explain how you can use our products and services (“Services”). By using SpotAlert, you agree to these terms.

1. Creating an Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand. Payments are processed securely through providers like Stripe. Local taxes may apply.

4. Free Trials

Free trials help confirm your cameras and setup are compatible. After upgrading to a paid plan, refunds are not guaranteed because performance can depend on individual hardware and network setups.

By subscribing, you confirm the service meets your needs.

5. Alerts and Notifications

We do our best to send alerts fast, but we cannot control your internet provider, email provider, or device configuration. Ensure your contact details are correct.

6. Ownership and Copyright

SpotAlert software, interface, branding, and AI systems belong to SpotAlert Inc. Reverse engineering or reselling without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Our Responsibility

SpotAlert is provided “as is.” We aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Cancelling or Closing Your Account

You may cancel anytime through the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Closed accounts may have their data deleted permanently.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as laws or services evolve. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
